Celebrate your beloved pet while creating a meaningful work of art in this guided studio painting experience led by professional wildlife artist Ashley Rader. Each guest will paint on a large 30” x 40” canvas that has been professionally pre-sketched from a photo of their pet, allowing you to focus on the creative process while Ashley helps guide you every step of the way. Unlike typical paint-and-sip events, this class is designed as a personalized art experience where guests receive individual guidance throughout the session. Ashley will circulate through the room offering tips, refining details, and even helping with finishing touches if needed so everyone leaves with a painting they feel proud to display. Guests will also have the opportunity to enhance their artwork with unique studio materials, including gold leaf, plaster texture, and mixed media embellishments, creating a truly one-of-a-kind piece. Your Experience Includes • 30” x 40” canvas pre-sketched from your pet’s photo • All paints, brushes, and studio materials • Access to gold leaf, plaster texture, and mixed media embellishments • Personalized instruction and guidance from Ashley Rader • Light snacks and one complimentary glass of champagne • BYOB welcome (non-alcoholic beverages will also be available) To make the experience even more special, each finished painting will be professionally photographed in the studio. Guests will receive a large printed image of their artwork to take home, along with high-resolution JPG and TIFF files emailed after the class. These files can be used to create custom keepsakes such as prints, blankets, mugs, puzzles, and more. No Experience Needed! No painting experience is required. Ashley will guide the process step-by-step and provide assistance throughout the class to ensure everyone leaves with a beautiful finished piece. Photo Submission! After booking, guests will receive instructions to submit a photo of their pet so the canvas can be professionally sketched in advance of the class. Limited Seating! This experience is intentionally limited to a small group so Ashley can work with each guest individually. Cancellation Policy
Registration & Payment - Full payment is required to reserve your seat in a workshop or class. Space is limited and registration is first come, first served. Cancellation Policy - If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the workshop so that we may offer the seat to another participant. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive either a class credit toward a future workshop or a transfer to another available session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable and non-transferable, as materials and seating are prepared in advance. No-Shows - Participants who do not attend the workshop and do not provide prior notice will forfeit their registration fee. Minimum Enrollment Workshops require a minimum number of participants. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment, Rader Art Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop. Participants will be notified and offered either a full refund or class credit. Late Arrivals - Workshops begin promptly. Participants arriving more than 20 minutes late may miss important instruction and may not be able to fully participate in the session. Children & Teen Sessions - Youth workshops are designed for the specified age range listed in the class description. For safety and focus, only registered students may remain in the studio during class time unless otherwise specified. Materials - Unless otherwise noted, all basic materials are provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own preferred brushes or supplies if desired.
